Contracts Manager Civil engineering Northamptonshire 18 month Contract
Our Client has been delivering major civil engineering and building projects for over 30 years and due to their commitment to continually providing high quality standards & value to their Clients they have achieved a turnover in excess of £100M mainly through repeat business and partnered opportunities. Their work sectors include water, roads, structures, waste management, commercial, industrial and public works with values to £20M.
Following a major contract win, their Northamptonshire based team is seeking a Contracts Manager with general civils experience.
Previous experience of managing civil engineering contracts is essential as the successful candidate will have significant responsibility for ensuring that the project is completed on time, on budget and to the highest standard. You will also be expected to ensure strict compliance with legislation and our internal policies and procedures, particularly relating to Health & Safety, environmental and quality control.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent organisational and communication skills and previous experience of managing and motivating a team would be a distinct advantage.
