Description: |
The Project Planner is responsible for all aspects of supplying pharmacy robots, from the receipt of order through to the completion of installation. The main tasks to be accomplished are as follows:
Survey site and check survey against any existing drawings update where necessary.
Check order and specification for functionality and obtain signed agreement of final specification and drawings from client.
Provide client with requirement for enabling works and services.
Provide our supplier and company with detailed specification, plans and elevations.
Liaise with client to organise delivery route, parking, waste disposal and other site facilities.
Provide Health and Safety documentation.
Organise installation logistics, i.e. Engineers accommodation, transport to and from airport, special transport, tool kits and special tools, handling equipment, first aid kits and PPE.
Provide and file all documentation required for the project, including MS project plan, Autocad drawings, photos, Forms Project and Order, all email and postal correspondence.
This will ideally be accomplished with site visits.
e.g.
Handover from sales to Project Planner
Interim site visit to check that enabling works are correct and on schedule.
Skills required
Broad engineering background M & E and buildings experience is advantageous.
Good Autocad technique
MS Office:- Project, Word, Excel, Powerpoint
Driving License
Understanding of Health & Safety
