Staff Position, Salary Negotiable (plus Staff Benefits)
Our Client, a Major International Offshore Oil & Gas Engineering Contractor requires an Estimator to work in the Commercial Department at their UK Head Offices in Surrey.
· To develop cost estimates to support Tendering activities as requested by Proposal Leader and Estimating Manager.
· To liaise with external subcontractors and other departments internally to determine and obtain accurate cost related information.
· Be responsible for collating and updating of the Company database of costing elements.
We are seeking candidates with:-
A minimum of 3 years work experience
Knowledge of Cost Control elements.
Good knowledge in operating computer programs (word and excel spreadsheets).
Good technical background in offshore installation operations.
Availability to fulfil targets and to meet critical deadlines.
Engineering degree and/or Quantity survey qualifications.
Salary is Negotiable (+ Staff Benefits)
